This video first shown on BBC in 2011 in the documentary "The Chinese are Coming" shows from 51 minutes 10 seconds that there is a special relationship with Tanzania and this falls into line with the investments still continuously pouring into the country six years later. With future investments already agreed and more in the pipeline, it looks like they are in Tanzania for the long term!
